Published by Krystm at 12:14 pm under Mazda Tutorials

You too can buy your very own custom pedal from Sok07 @ this link, CLICK HERE

Tools Needed:

10 mm Socket (Deep)

Socket Extensions

Torx 15

Needlenose Pliers

Difficulty: 2 / 10

Time Required: 15 Min

Install:

This one is one of the easier ones to do. Going to remove the original pedal (left) with Sok07′s Custom Pedal (right)

First thing have to do is unbolt the pedal assembly from the firewall by removing 3 10mm nuts holding it in place.

Once removed from the firewall turn the pedal on it’s side to expose the 2 nuts holding the pedal in place. Using the pliers hold the nut and use the Torx 15 to remove the screws. Once removed place the new pedal on and start to thread the bolts back on.

Once you get the nuts tight on the pedal go ahead and mount the pedal back onto the firewall and bolt it back into place. Here is some finished pics and comparison shots.
